John graduated from de Montfort University in 1990 with a BSc honours degree in Chemistry and Law. He trained with a leading Hertfordshire practice specialising in the fields of residential and commercial property working with the commercial property team on institutional property portfolio work including the acquisition and development of real-estate assets for Middlesex University. John set up in practice in September 1995.  John and his team act for many high net worth and commercial property clients assisting them with the acquisition, disposal and development of real-estate.

Guy Wheatcroft

Guy advises on real estate: whether you are buying or leasing for owner occupation, developing or investing, he has the experience, expertise and enthusiasm to help you.

Guy graduated with an Honours Degree in Law from Southampton University. His passion for property and law at the highest level led him to develop his legal practice with Ashurst a major City of London law firm where he became a partner advising individuals, public bodies and household name corporations on all their real estate requirements.

Guy very much enjoyed working in the City for over twenty years.

In joining John Yalden a recognised entrepreneurial lawyer Guy has now embarked on an exciting new phase in his Legal career. It fulfils his wish to be part of a commercially orientated practice which, whilst local to his home in Barnet, represents a wide range of national and international clientele

Steve Zavros - Associate Solicitor:

Steve graduated from the University of East London with Honours in 1999, qualifying as a solicitor with a leading high street firm in Essex in 2002.  He joined RHY Law in January 2008 bringing with him a client base from the Cypriot community on which he continues to build.  He works in the Residential Property Department and specialises in landlord and tenant matters and in particular leasehold enfranchisement and lease extensions.

Kiran Phull - Real Estate Consultant Solicitor:

Kiran joined RHY Law in 2006 and undertakes residential property work. He graduated in 1991 with an LLB honours degree from the University of Glamorgan and went on to obtain a postgraduate diploma in commercial matters from UCL London University.

Bryan Rickman - Corporate and Commercial Consultant:

Bryan qualifed as a solicitor in 1995.  He handles the full range of corporate finance transactions including M&A, reorganisations, joint ventures and MBO work.  He also specialises in employee share schemes.  Bryan previously was a partner with Campbell Hooper Solicitors LLP.

Daniel Whiddett - Private Client Consultant:

Dan qualified in 2001. He has an extensive knowledge of, and experience in, Probate,Wills,Trusts and taxation and is a recognized specialist within his field. He is also a Notary Public and a member of the law societies Probate Section

Felicity Wood - Private Client Legal Executive:

Felicity qualified as a Legal Executive in 2003.  She has worked in Middlesex and North London before joining the firm in 2006.  She specialises in probate administration and drawing up Wills. 

John Moorey - Executive:

John qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 1976 and was one of the first persons to be granted a licence from the Council of Licensed Conveyancers in 1987.John has worked in local government ,industry and private practice having headed up the residential conveyancing department of Leonard Gray a highly regarded firm of solicitors in Essex.

David Simpson - Commercial Conveyancing Executive:

David went into his first legal office in Central London almost straight from school, and he began in a department dealing with residential conveyancing work.   Having gained experience in this field he moved to a firm in Edgware and, when that firm merged with another, he returned to Central London where he stayed until joining the firm in 2002.   David has developed a loyal following of clients, particularly from the Arabic and Farsi speaking world, on whose behalf he deals with residential property and commercial property.
